We own technology developed by several companies that specialize in the production of 

colorants, including American Color and Chemical and Holliday Dyes and Chemicals. These technologies support the operations of almost a dozen factories both in the USA and Europe. We would be happy to provide a topical list in the hope it will lead to a sale/royalty agreement. This package contains formulations and detailed manufacturing instructions for over 600 dyes and intermediates. We similarly own some of the technology that was used to produce pharmaceuticals and fine chemicals, including Acetaminophen by SB Penick in Lyndhurst, New Jersey. In addition, since many of our associates come from a strong technological background, we can often offer "hands-on" help in your plant. We would also welcome a chance to work with you to find profitable uses for your unused technological assets.
